I’m Kacie. I hold a bachelor’s degree in education from Murray State and a master’s in clinical mental health counseling. I am now a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA), working toward becoming a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).
For the past five years, I have taught science at Graves County Middle School. What I loved most about teaching was the privilege of learning my students’ life stories. My goal was to create a safe place so that students knew they were cared for, could talk through their problems, and express their feelings.
God’s graciousness towards me has lead me to the field of counseling. He has revealed to me both my brokenness and His healing. My brokenness brought me to counseling, but His healing met me there. God changed the direction of my life through counseling, and I cannot be more thankful. He has given me a passion for walking alongside people, and now I have the opportunity to do that here at New Pathways!
In my spare time, I enjoy listening to audiobooks, hammocking, and spending time with my friends and family. I look forward to being there with you as you grow on your journey.
Hi, I'm Addison — the founder of New Pathways Counseling. My heart behind starting this practice came from a deep recognition of a need I saw over and over again in our community: the lack of accessible, faith-based mental health support. Through my own journey — including both powerful and challenging experiences with counseling — the Lord placed a clear calling on my heart to create a space where individuals could find healing, hope, and compassionate support rooted in truth and grace.
New Pathways was born from that vision: to walk alongside individuals, families, and children through some of life's most painful seasons and offer a new path forward. I believe wholeheartedly in the power of clinical excellence and Spirit-led care working together. It's my joy and honor to lead a team that not only meets people where they are, but helps them move toward healing with courage, strength, and faith.
Outside of the counseling room, I love spending time with my family and enjoying the outdoors. Whether you're just beginning your journey or continuing down the road of healing, I'm so glad you've found your way here.
Hi, I’m Katie, a Certified Social Worker (CSW) with a bachelor’s degree from Murray State University and a Masters Degree from Western Kentucky University. I will soon be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
I specialize in trauma and substance use treatment and am deeply passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate the complex path from trauma and substance abuse toward healing and wholeness. I believe that behind every addiction lies a story—often rooted in pain, loss, and unresolved trauma—and that true recovery must address these wounds with compassion, understanding, and evidence-based care.
My commitment is to create a safe, empowering space where people can reclaim their voices, rediscover their strength and God-given worth, and begin to believe in a future filled with purpose and possibility. Witnessing the spark of hope return to someone’s eyes—after years of darkness—is what drives my work every day. Healing is not only possible, it is a powerful, courageous act—and I am honored to be part of that journey.
Outside of providing therapeutic services, I am a coach’s wife, mom to a little one, and a boot camp instructor. I look forward to providing therapy that integrates clinically sound practices with spiritual support and helping you navigate life’s challenges through the lens of faith and healing.
Hi, I’m Emma, a Certified Social Worker (CSW) with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Louisville, a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Kentucky, and a Clinical Social Work Certificate. My passion is creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can grow, heal, and thrive. For the past six years, I’ve worked at Ballard County Elementary School as a substitute teacher and tutor in the after-school program.
My journey into mental health work comes from my personal experiences and the transformative impact of therapy. I know firsthand how powerful the right support and guidance can be, which is why I’m deeply committed to providing that same care to others. My faith has been a constant source of strength, helping me navigate challenges and reinforcing my calling to walk alongside others on their healing journeys.
I believe that each person is unique, bringing their own strengths and challenges, and I strive to meet them where they are. My client-centered approach focuses on building trust, offering validation, and providing practical tools to support emotional well-being.
With faith, resilience, and the right support, healing and growth are possible. Sometimes, all it takes is a reminder of the strength and grace that already exist within.
In my free time, I love reading and spending time with my family. I look forward to walking alongside you as you navigate your journey toward healing and renewal.
I’m currently completing my clinical internship here at New Pathways Counseling as I work toward becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA). With 17 years of experience as a School Counselor, I’ve had the privilege of supporting both middle and high school students through academic, social, and emotional challenges.
This season marks a meaningful step forward as I pursue my Ed.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s in School Counseling, and an Ed.S. with a IIA endorsement in School Counseling all from Murray State University. Prior to my work in schools, I gained experience in community mental health as a case manager for RIAC and First Steps and served as a mental health technician in a psychiatric hospital—roles that laid the foundation for my passion in supporting others through difficult seasons.
I believe deeply in creating safe, supportive spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and valued. My approach is client-centered and grounded in compassion, connection, and hope. Whether walking with someone through a tough moment or celebrating progress, I count it a privilege to be part of their journey.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom of two. My husband and I recently celebrated 13 years of marriage, and we’re raising a 17-year-old and a 12-year-old together. An introvert at heart, I enjoy running, reading, and firmly believe in the healing power of a talk with God. I look forward to walking alongside you in your journey toward growth and healing.
Hi, I’m Olivia, a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPCA) working towards becoming Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with a bachelor’s degree from Murray State University and a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. Before joining New Pathways, I worked full time in addiction treatment, gaining nearly two years of experience supporting individuals in recovery from substance use disorders.
In that work, I supported individuals facing substance use disorders as well as the challenges that often come with them—such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. I also worked alongside family members to help them better understand the disease process of addiction and the ways it impacts the entire family system. I believe healing happens when people feel safe, seen, and supported, and I strive to create a space where individuals can rebuild their lives with confidence and dignity.
I also have experience working with teenage and college-age women, helping them navigate identity, purpose, relationships, and major life transitions. This background has shaped my ability to walk alongside young women as they process emotions, build confidence, and develop resilience—skills that translate naturally into the therapeutic work I do at New Pathways.
Outside of counseling, I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, traveling, and staying involved in church community and nonprofit work. I am passionate about blending clinical care with genuine connection and helping clients move toward healing, stability, and renewed confidence.
Hi, I’m Tyler! I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Marriage & Family Ministry as well as a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, both from Campbellsville University. I am currently a Marriage and Family Therapy Associate working toward full licensure (LMFT).
For the past four years, I have served in community mental health, working with individuals and families across McCracken and Marshall counties in both office and school-based settings. From the time I was in high school, my goal has been to find a vocation where I could serve others. Over time, I’ve discovered a calling that combines my passion for working with youth, students, and families with my desire to help people grow into the healthiest versions of themselves.
Through my own spiritual and emotional journey, I’ve learned the power of asking for help and have seen firsthand how God uses imperfect, ordinary people to bring healing and hope. God has shown me how to use my gifts to serve others and glorify His Kingdom. New Pathways has become a catalyst for me to do both—to serve people and honor God under the same roof.
In my spare time, I enjoy being with my wife and kids, spending time on the lake, reading, painting, and drinking good coffee. I look forward to walking alongside you as you navigate life’s many challenges and move toward growth and healing.

Therapy isn't one-size-fits-all, and neither is our approach. We adjust as you grow, bring in new modalities when they'll help, and always keep the plan centered on what's actually working for you.
As a private-pay practice, we're able to offer longer sessions, more scheduling flexibility, and a level of confidentiality that insurance-based care simply can't match. Your time with us is yours — not dictated by a third party.
We don't assign you to whoever has the next open slot. Instead, we take the time to learn what you're looking for and match you with the clinician whose specialties, style, and personality feel like the right fit.
As our team continues to grow, we're looking for counselors, associates, and support staff who bring clinical excellence, genuine heart, and a commitment to faith-informed care. Reach out to learn more about current openings or to introduce yourself for future opportunities.
