Common concerns we help bring clarity to

Our ADOS testing is a structured, evidence-based evaluation designed to help you clearly understand your child’s strengths, needs, and behaviors. We walk you through each step—from initial conversation to in-depth observation and a thoughtful feedback session—so you’re never left wondering what comes next.

What makes our approach different is how personal it feels: we take time to truly see your child, listen to your concerns, and provide clear, compassionate answers you can trust.

A note on how we operate: We operate as a private-pay practice so we can offer more personalized, in-depth evaluations without the restrictions of insurance. We’ll walk you through clear pricing upfront, and your evaluation includes a detailed report and supportive feedback session.

We believe clarity should never come at the cost of compassion, which is why we take time to truly understand your child and support you every step of the way. Our shared approach is thoughtful, thorough, and centered on helping your family move forward with confidence.

At New Pathways, your child’s evaluation is led by Addison and Chelsey—clinicians trained in ADOS assessment who bring both clinical expertise and genuine care to the process.

We start with a simple conversation to understand your concerns and make sure this is the right fit. From there, we’ll schedule your child’s evaluation sessions at times that work for your family. We guide you through each step so nothing feels confusing or rushed.

Most families complete the full evaluation within a few weeks. This includes the online assessments, testing day, scoring, and receiving detailed feedback. We prioritize being both thorough and timely so you’re not left waiting for answers.

This evaluation is designed for children and teens when there are questions about autism or developmental differences. If you’re unsure, that’s okay—we can talk through what you’re noticing and help you decide if this is the right next step. You don’t have to figure that out alone.

That’s still valuable information. Our goal is clarity, not just a diagnosis—you’ll leave with a better understanding of your child and clear recommendations for support, no matter the outcome. Every evaluation moves you forward.

Parts of the process, like parent conversations and feedback sessions, can often be done virtually for your convenience. The ADOS assessment itself is completed in person so we can accurately observe and interact with your child.

We offer autism testing as a self-pay service so we can provide a more thorough, individualized evaluation without the limitations often set by insurance companies. This allows us to spend the time needed to truly understand your child and give you clear, meaningful answers—not just check boxes. You’ll also receive a comprehensive report and personalized recommendations you can use moving forward.
